If your order arrives with a printing error or defect on our part, we will reprint it at no additional cost.
2. Return Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on personalized or custom-printed items unless there is a defect.
3. How to Request a Return
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and make it right.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or ordered incorrectly (wrong specifications provided by customer) are not eligible for return.
